Dr. Terry Hagan is a well-respected physician providing mental health services in in Louisville, KY with over 44 years of experience as a successful neurosurgeon and psychiatrist. Dr. Hagan’s surgical experience involved mapping of the brain surface to localize important areas such as speech and movement. Currently, Dr. Hagan is utilizing his vast knowledge and experience to understand the human brain and to treat psychiatric disorders with TMS technology. TMS works better than medication and without the side effects of ongoing medication usage.
TMS has been a growing technology since its discovery 30 years ago. It has also been approved for the treatment of depression, anxious depression, OCD, and smoking addiction. Other conditions such as PTSD and anxiety are being treated as well. At Hagan Health, we have both Brainsway and Neurostar TMS technologies with which to treat psychiatric disorders.
