I am a Couples and Family Therapy Associate at Hagan Health, where I bring a diverse and well-rounded academic background to my practice. I earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work. Additionally, I hold a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University and a Master of Arts in Women’s Studies from Claremont Graduate University. My multidisciplinary training enriches my approach to therapy, enabling me to offer a holistic and empathetic perspective to the clients I serve.
My areas of expertise and passion encompass women’s mental health, addressing religious trauma, and managing depression and anxiety. Employing a diverse array of therapeutic approaches, my practice is firmly grounded in the principles of self-love and empowerment. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of accompanying you on your path towards a more vibrant and fulfilling life.
I enjoy exploring Louisville, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, listening to podcasts, and puzzles.
